"The app offers a number of different ways to practice the asanas, with great recordings from an experienced yoga teacher whose classes I've taken and enjoyed very much. Besides offering a standard practice at a moderate pace, there are special recordings for beginners and those who want a slower, more gentle asana practice. There is also the option to practice with the mantra instead of instructions, a nice option for those already familiar with the asanas. Optionally, you can end with a short guided relaxation / meditation at the end.
On top of all this, it keeps track of when you do surya namaskara and how many rounds you do each time. This is recorded in the log at the end of each practice."
